Job Title: Unit In Charge – Cakes & Pastry Division

Responsible for end-to-end operations, growth, and profitability of the pastry cloud kitchen, ensuring premium quality, efficiency, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production of cakes, pastries, and desserts, ensuring quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory, procurement, and wastage control
• Handle order processing across online, retail, and B2B channels, ensuring timely delivery
• Coordinate with clients for inquiries, orders, and customer support
• Track sales, maintain reports, and support business planning and cost control
• Manage social media coordination and customer engagement
• Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff
• Drive process improvements and support scaling of operations

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Bakery Supervision: 8 years (Preferred)
