Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Your responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed individual and unit sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and coach sales team members to improve skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure proper execution of sales processes, compliance with company policies, and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to provide feedback and set objectives.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

The experience we're looking for

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in FMCG field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
