Universal Testing Machine Operator

Major Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate universal testing machines to manually fix the sample testing material with particular lengths cut manually.

2. Set up and adjust the universal testing equipment to meet testing specifications.

3. Monitor the load measuring system, load indicating arrangement, and recording system.

4. Inspect the tested material for adherence to quality standards and specifications.

5. Perform routine maintenance on universal testing equipment, including cleaning, and lubrication.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues or malfunctions.

7. Report major equipment problems or maintenance needs to the supervisor or maintenance team.

8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safe operating practices.

9. Ensure that the work area is clean and free of hazards.

10. Comply with company policies and industry regulations related to equipment operation and material handling.

11. Testing samples with each thickness randomly in every half an hour.

12. Coordinate with other operators and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of testing materials samples.
