We are seeking a skilled
UPS Engineer
to install, maintain, and repair Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, ensuring reliable power backup for critical operations in data centers, hospitals, and industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and maintain UPS systems (online, offline, line-interactive).

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS units and battery banks.

Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and control system faults.

Conduct battery health checks, load testing, and replacement.

Monitor UPS performance, respond to breakdowns and alarms.

Maintain service records, reports, and maintenance logs.

Ensure proper earthing, cabling, and compliance with safety standards.

Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for spare parts and advanced repairs.

Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and critical power environments.
Qualifications & Skills:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Engineering.

Proven experience as a UPS Technician or similar role.

Strong knowledge of power electronics, inverters, rectifiers, and batteries.

Ability to read wiring diagrams, SLDs, and technical manuals.

Familiarity with UPS brands (APC, Vertiv, Eaton, Emerson, Socomec, Delta, Numeric) preferred.

Experience in data centers or industrial environments is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting skills and safety-conscious mindset.

Ability to work independently, under pressure, and provide on-call support.

Certification in UPS brand such as Vertiv
Work Environment:
Site-based role (data centers, hospitals, commercial/industrial sites).
Shift work and emergency on-call support required.
