Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's revenue targets
• Managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and customer service, to execute the project plan
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, status, and budget to senior management
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, and developing contingency plans
• Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure the project meets those needs
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field
• 1 year plus of experience in project management, ideally in a sales or marketing context
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
