Upwork Bidder

Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, drafting proposals, and winning projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and project teams to understand services, prepare tailored proposals, and ensure client satisfaction from the first contact.

Responsibilities:

• Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
• Write customized and professional proposals based on client requirements.
• Communicate with clients to understand project scope and clarify queries.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate service offerings and pricing.
• Achieve monthly targets of qualified leads and project conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to draft professional proposals and cover letters.
• Understanding of IT, digital marketing, web development, or related services.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
