Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bidding on freelance platforms (especially Upwork), excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar freelance platforms.
• Draft customized proposals and cover letters tailored to client needs.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their project requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful projects.
• Track bidding activity and results for performance analysis.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding or freelance business development.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Solid understanding of software services (web/app development, UI/UX design, etc.).
• Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet monthly targets and deliver results independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in IT services sales or client communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
