Job Title: HR Officer – Freelance Trainer Recruitment

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to manage the recruitment and onboarding of freelance trainers across various domains. The role involves identifying qualified trainers, managing the hiring process, coordinating contracts, and ensuring smooth collaboration between trainers and the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment skills, networking ability, and a good understanding of training and development needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and recruit freelance trainers for different training programs.
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified trainers for current and future needs.
  • Draft, review, and manage freelance contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and evaluation of trainer profiles.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand training requirements.
  • Negotiate rates and finalize trainer engagements.
  • Maintain a database of trainers, track performance, and update records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with trainers to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Provide support in organizing training schedules, logistics, and trainer payments.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to assess trainer expertise and suitability.
  • Good understanding of contracts and freelance engagement models.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • Experience in hiring freelancers, consultants, or trainers will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with ZOHO CRM and linkedin platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Technical Hiring: 1 year (Preferred)
