We're Hiring For: Upwork Bidder Specialist

Are you skilled in identifying freelance opportunities and closing deals through compelling proposals? We’re looking to connect with driven and detail-oriented Upwork Bidding Specialists to join our growing team.

Role Details:

• Experience: minimum 2 years

• Location: DHA, Karachi

• Timings: 6:00PM - 3:00AM or 9:00PM – 6:00AM (Evening / Night Shift)

• Salary: 80k - 120k + commissions (depending on experience )

Target: $ 3500 - $ 7000

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential projects

• Monitor project listings and respond promptly

• Cultivate client relationships for repeat business

• Conduct thorough research on client requirements

• Maintain professional communication with clients

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines with clients

• Collaborate with team members for project success

• Develop compelling proposals tailored to client needs

• Track and analyze bidding activity and client feedback

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Key Requirements:

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Understanding of freelancing industry practices

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge about design & development processes, programming languages, and project management methods (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
