Upwork Bidder

We are seeking a committed Upwork Bidder to drive growth by securing projects and fostering strong client relationships on Upwork. We are eager to welcome a passionate lead generation professional to join our expanding sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate high-quality leads using Upwork and other platforms.
• Explore and develop connections with potential clients for IT and design services.
• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to support the sales team.
• Draft compelling and customized proposals on Upwork to secure projects.
• Manage bids on relevant opportunities, ensuring timely submission with competitive pricing.
• Initiate and maintain communications with clients to understand their requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Upwork bidding strategies and proposal creation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a competitive environment.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in lead generation on Upwork or similar platforms.

Timings: 0600PM-0200AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
