Job Title: Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Specialist
Location: Lahore or Bahawalpur (on-site)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder with at least 2 years of proven work on online bidding platforms. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, writing professional proposals and securing projects for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and apply on relevant projects on Upwork and other portals.
• Write clear and customized proposals based on client requirements.
• Communicate with clients and understand project scope.
• Coordinate with the technical team for accurate estimates.
• Follow up with clients to close deals.
• Maintain a record of bids, leads and conversions.
• Achieve monthly targets related to proposals and project wins.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or in online bidding.
• Strong English communication and proposal writing skills.
• Good understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps and design.
• Ability to negotiate and build long term client relationships.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Self driven and target oriented.
