We are looking for an Upwork Bidder who understands the IT and AI development space and can generate qualified leads across multiple freelancing and outreach platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both fresh Upwork profiles and established, high-history profiles
- Generate B2B leads through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Clutch, LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter.io, and Sales Navigator
- Write clear, relevant, and client-specific proposals for IT, AI, and software development projects
- Apply on jobs across multiple platforms with high conversion focus
- Join and handle client calls when required
- Build targeted prospect lists using databases, email tools, and outbound strategies
- Reach out to clients through cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, and customized pitches
- Understand client needs and pitch suitable AI and software development solutions
- Maintain CRM tools with lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversions
- Work with founders, product, and tech teams to shape custom solutions for clients
- Stay updated on AI, SaaS, and software development trends to refine pitching
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive in IT or software development
- Experience handling both new/fresh Upwork accounts and previously built accounts
- Strong experience with multiple freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr)
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, and lead generation tools
- Strong proposal writing skills for IT, AI, and custom software services
- Ability to handle and close international client calls
- Strong communication skills in English
- Flexible with work hours due to global client time zones
- Self-driven, target-focused, and consistent with follow-ups

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
