Position: Upwork Bidder (Night Shift | Onsite)

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Job Description:
Xtend Systems is looking for an enthusiastic Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting proposals, identifying projects, communicating with international clients, and helping secure new business for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Write and submit proposals on Upwork
• Identify relevant projects and generate leads
• Maintain client communication and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly bidding targets

Requirements:

• Strong English writing & communication skills
• Basic understanding of Upwork or freelancing platforms
• Ability to work night shift (onsite)
