We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of Upwork, and experience in generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Scouting: Monitor Upwork job feeds daily to identify relevant opportunities within our niche (Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO).
- Proposal Writing: Craft unique, customized, and compelling proposals that effectively address client requirements and stand out from generic submissions.
- Lead Management: Manage initial client communications, respond to inquiries, and coordinate meetings or interviews with the technical team.
- Profile Maintenance: Regularly update and optimize agency/individual Upwork profiles to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Reporting: Maintain daily records of bids sent, client responses, interviews scheduled, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or similar role
- Strong written English communication skills
- Understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and client behavior
- Ability to work independently and meet daily target
