CODE Analytics is a growing technology-driven company focused on delivering data-driven solutions and services to global clients. We are expanding our business development team and offering an opportunity for motivated individuals to gain real-world B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Search, analyze, and identify high-quality Upwork jobs relevant to software development and IT services
• Write custom, non-generic proposals tailored to each client’s requirements
• Manage and optimize Upwork bidding strategy (connect usage, timing, positioning)
• Communicate with clients via Upwork chat and calls to qualify requirements
• Pitch staff augmentation models (dedicated developers, teams, long-term engagements)
• Coordinate with internal teams to match developer profiles with client needs
• Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and assist in closing deals
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversion metrics

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder For Atleast 6 Months to 1 year
• Strong understanding of staff augmentation and IT outsourcing models
• Hands-on experience bidding for:
• Web / Mobile Development
• SaaS / Cloud / API-based systems
• AI, Data, or Automation projects
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to read job posts deeply and identify real client intent
• Familiarity with pricing models (hourly, fixed, dedicated resources)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Upwork Bidding: 1 year (Preferred)
