About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder who knows how to identify quality leads, write winning proposals, and bring in real projects—not random bids. You’ll work closely with our technical team to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork daily
  • Write customized, high-converting proposals (no copy-paste)
  • Communicate with clients and handle initial discussions
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
  • Maintain bid records, follow-ups, and lead tracking
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead and conversion targets
  • Manage Upwork profile optimization and response handling

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / BDE
  • Strong proposal writing and client communication skills
  • Understanding of IT services, web development, or digital services
  • Ability to qualify leads and avoid low-quality projects
  • Good English written communication
  • Basic understanding of pricing and project estimation
  • Organized and target-driven mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT services, DevOps, Web, AI, or Cloud
  • Existing Upwork account management experience
  • Knowledge of CRM or lead tracking tools
  • Experience closing hourly and fixed-price projects
