TechHive AI is looking for a results-driven professional who doesn’t just send proposals but consistently wins projects. If you understand client psychology, can craft tailored proposals, and know how freelancing platforms operate, this role is for you.

As an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, writing high-conversion proposals, communicating with international clients, and helping close deals across various freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant project opportunities on freelancing platforms.
• Write customized, high-conversion proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Understand technical project requirements and align proposals accordingly.
• Communicate professionally with international clients.
• Maintain client relationships and assist in closing deals.
• Monitor trends and opportunities across freelancing marketplaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience bidding on Upwork.
• Ability to write personalized proposals (no copy-paste bidding).
• Strong understanding of client requirements and project scopes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in dealing with international clients.
• Ability to work onsite in Lahore during US timezone hours.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):

• Experience managing DevOps-related accounts or projects.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
• Understanding of modern tech stacks including Laravel, Node.js, WordPress, Shopify, and AI/ML technologies.
