Position Overview:
Outsource Origin is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, possess strong English communication skills.. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales, or IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients on Upwork
• Create persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our services
• Manage and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Understand client requirements and align proposals with company services
• Communicate with potential clients in clear and professional English
• Coordinate with technical teams to clarify project scope and feasibility
• Maintain records of bids, responses, and client interactions
• Stay updated with Upwork trends, policies, and best practices

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Basic technical understanding (IT services, software, web/app development, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to understand project requirements and ask relevant technical questions
• Availability to work 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelancing platforms
• Basic knowledge of IT, software development, or digital services
