We are Looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder / Proposal Specialist to help generate business opportunities through freelance platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in writing winning proposals, and the ability to handle client communication professionally.
Responsibilities
Submit proposals on Upwork and other freelance platforms
Identify relevant job opportunities daily
Write customized and professional proposals
Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries promptly
Schedule meetings and consultations
Maintain proposal records and reporting
Follow up with potential clients
Coordinate with the sales and operations team
Requirements
Experience with Upwork bidding or freelance platforms
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong proposal writing and communication abilities
Ability to understand client requirements quickly
Experience using CRM tools or spreadsheets
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or digital services
Understanding of lead generation and sales
Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach or email marketing
Experience handling international clients
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
