Upwork Bidder

We're hiring a results-driven Upwork Bidder to win projects and build long-term client relationships.

What you'll do

• Find and bid on relevant Upwork projects with tailored, high-quality proposals
• Communicate with prospects, qualify leads, and close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams on scope, pricing, and timelines
• Manage Upwork profile, track performance, and maintain client relationships

What we need

• 2+ years of Upwork bidding experience in digital services
• Strong written English and proposal writing skills
• Understanding of web, marketing, and Al service offerings
• Experience with lead qualification, negotiation, and CRM tools

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• bidding: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
