We’re Hiring – Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Moonshot Animation is looking for a talented Upwork Bidder to join our growing team and help us scale to new heights!

Responsibilities:

• Write winning proposals on Upwork & other freelancing platforms
• Identify and bid on relevant projects in Web Development, WordPress, Shopify, Animation & Design services
• Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the technical team
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding with a strong conversion rate
• Excellent written English & communication skills
• Understanding of IT & Digital services (Web Development, Shopify, Animation, etc.)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

Location: NASTP, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Shift Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Type: Full-time (Onsite)
