Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive (Graphic Design & Animation Projects Hunter)

Hashtech LTD is hiring a passionate and results-driven Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive specializing in Graphic Design & Animation projects.

The main goal of this role is to secure $2,000–$3,000 worth of design and animation projects per month by bidding on relevant opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and building long-term client relationships.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of branding, marketing collateral, motion graphics, and animation workflows, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively search and bid on Graphic Design & Animation projects on Upwork.
• Write customized, persuasive proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, provide creative suggestions, and finalize deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets of $2k–$3k.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal design and animation teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Track bidding performance, maintain records of proposals, and refine strategies for higher win rates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Graphic Design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and Animation workflows (2D, Explainer Videos, Motion Graphics).
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Compensation & Job Details

• Salary: 40,000–50,000 PKR per month.
• Type: Full-time, Onsite.
• Location: Hashtech LTD, Office # 4, 3rd Floor, Usman Plaza, Block 13-B, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
