We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder who can communicate effectively, build client relationships, and successfully convert leads into sales through professional proposal writing and client engagement.
Job Summary
The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and closing projects on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces. This individual should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of software technologies, and the ability to understand client requirements clearly. The goal is to convert leads into long-term clients through trust-building and solution-oriented communication.

We offer a flexible compensation model:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
