Upwork Bidder Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Support the creation of tailored, high-quality proposals based on client requirements.
• Assist in communicating with potential clients to gather project details and clarify expectations.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to develop accurate proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Maintain well-organized records of bids, client communications, and follow-ups.
• Provide ongoing support to senior team members in managing client relationships and active pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of freelancing platforms such as Upwork or Fiverr (training will be provided).
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong attention to detail, self-driven, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
