Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write customized and persuasive proposals according to client requirements.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand project details and convert leads into successful projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to prepare project estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain records of bids, client communications, and project statuses.
  • Analyze bid success rates and suggest improvements to increase conversions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-6 months in Upwork bidding, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to write professional, tailored proposals that align with client needs.
  • Good understanding of Upwork algorithms and profile optimization.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
