Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Sales Negotiator and Deal Closer who has a proven track record of successfully closing high-value IT service and solution deals.
Job Responsibilities

• Identify relevant projects on Upwork and submit high-quality, customized proposals.
• Communicate professionally with international clients to understand project scopes.
• Prepare detailed project estimates with the technical team when needed.
• Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into successful projects.
• Optimize the Upwork profile to maximize visibility and bidding opportunities.
• Track, manage, and report all leads, proposals, and closed projects.
• Build long-term client relationships for recurring business.
• Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets.

Job Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Online Bidder.
• Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and proposal writing.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to understand IT services including web/mobile development, SaaS, AI/ML, etc.
• Persuasive communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Education: Minimum Graduate
Technical Skills: MS Office, CRMs, Upwork
