Job Title: Upwork Bidder / Online Bidder – Web Design Projects
Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 PKR per month
Commission: Commission also included
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
Location: Onsite, Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder (also known as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive) to help us secure Web Design, WordPress, and Web Development projects on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.
This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong background in online bidding, lead generation, client communication, and proposal writing.

This is a target-based, performance-driven role with attractive salary + commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily bidding on Upwork, especially for Web Design, WordPress, UI/UX, and Website Development projects.
• Writing personalized, high-quality proposals to generate leads.
• Communicating with clients professionally to understand project needs.
• Following up with clients to convert leads into long-term projects.
• Working closely with our technical team for project discussions and delivery.
• Achieving weekly and monthly bidding targets.
• Generating business through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr (optional), and other online platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder, Online Bidder, or Business Development Executive.

• Ability to identify high-value projects and submit winning bids.
• Must be comfortable working in night shift (5 PM to 2 AM).
• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
