Salary: Basic + Commission + Target Bonus
Shift: Night (10 PM – 7 AM)
Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects
• Write tailored, winning proposals
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth delivery
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding or similar sales role
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills
• Self-driven with excellent time management
• Tech industry knowledge is a plus
