Job Description:

This is a full-time remote role as an Upwork Bidder. As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for bidding on relevant projects on the Upwork platform to secure new clients and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and manage our Upwork profiles to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Research and identify potential clients and projects that align with our skills.
  • Craft personalized, compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, negotiate terms, and bring them on a call with sales team.
  • Follow up with leads to convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor bidding performance and refine strategies for better success rates.
  • Stay informed about Upwork trends and policies to improve bidding effectiveness.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and its bidding process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to craft persuasive proposals.
