Upwork bidder Senior

Red Star Technologies is hiring a performance-driven Senior Upwork Bidder to lead client acquisition, execute effective bidding strategies, and ensure a steady project pipeline. The role requires proven experience in securing projects on platforms such as Upwork, along with strong client management capabilities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target high-potential projects on Upwork.
• Create and submit tailored, high-quality proposals to maximize conversion rates.
• Handle end-to-end communication with prospective clients to understand and align on project requirements.
• Work closely with sales, technical, and project teams to develop accurate proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Maintain structured records of bids, client communications, and pipeline progress.
• Support and mentor junior team members to improve overall team performance.
• Analyze bidding outcomes and optimize strategies to enhance success rates.

Requirements:

• 1–1.5 years of relevant experience on freelancing platforms (Upwork ).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to draft persuasive and well-structured proposals.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
