Red Star Technologies is looking for a performance-driven Associate Upwork Bidder to lead client acquisition efforts, build strong bidding strategies, and maintain a consistent project pipeline. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience securing projects on freelancing platforms and strong client management skills to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target high-value opportunities on Upwork.
- Craft and submit tailored, high-conversion proposals.
- Manage end-to-end communication with prospective clients to ensure clear project understanding.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and project teams to develop accurate proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Maintain organized records of bids, client interactions, and pipeline activity.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
- Monitor performance metrics and refine bidding strategies to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 1–1.5 years of experience on freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to write compelling and effective proposals.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
