SA Tech Pakistan is looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder focused on web and mobile app development projects. The role involves lead generation, proposal writing, and client communication for development services.

Key Responsibilities

Bid on Upwork projects related to web and app development

Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements

Communicate with international clients professionally

Coordinate with development teams for estimates and scope

Follow up on leads and close projects

Track bid performance and conversions

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder (Development niche preferred)

Strong understanding of development services:

Web Development (MERN, Laravel, WordPress, etc.)

Mobile App Development (iOS, Android, React Native)

Custom Software Solutions

Excellent English communication and writing skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Target-driven mindset
