We are seeking a talented and motivated Online Bidder to join our team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively search, identify, and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
- Write customized, persuasive, and high-conversion proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare detailed project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, PHP, React, Node.js, Laravel, and custom web development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to create clear, tailored, and compelling proposals.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in online bidding for web projects.
