Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Upwork Bidding and LinkedIn Outreach Expert to drive business development efforts and expand our client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and outreach strategies across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and contract processes, ensuring effective engagement with potential clients and partners. Duties

  • Develop and execute targeted bidding strategies on Upwork to secure new projects aligned with company capabilities.
  • Conduct professional outreach via LinkedIn to establish connections with potential clients and industry partners.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, including technical writing, pricing strategies, and business development documentation.
  • Manage the end-to-end contract process, including review, negotiation, and execution using tools like DocuSign and ERP systems such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, proposals, and contract negotiations within document management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards such as UCC law, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and intellectual property law during all phases of engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on strategic planning for market expansion and business growth initiatives.
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities in procurement, vendor management, and contractor management sectors.
  • Support change management processes related to new client onboarding or project scope adjustments.

Skills

  • Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge of legal drafting, document review, and compliance management including UCC law and Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Expertise in proposal writing, pricing strategies, technical writing, and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with document management tools such as DocuSign; ERP systems like Salesforce or PeopleSoft; and research methodologies for market analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively from initiation through renewal or termination.
  • Experience in business development within technical or legal sectors; familiarity with UCC law is a plus.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and CRM platforms to track outreach efforts and project progress.
  • Strong communication skills for effective outreach via LinkedIn; ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with target audiences. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200.00 - Rs300.00 per hour
