Hiring Male Upwork Bidder (MVP SaaS Projects)

We are looking for a male Upwork Bidder to manage and operate a male Upwork profile for MVP SaaS projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding for MVP / SaaS projects
• Strong understanding of SaaS MVP development workflows
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Ability to conduct client interviews/calls and close contracts
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet monthly goals

Responsibilities:

• Send customized, high-converting proposals for MVP SaaS projects
• Communicate with startup founders and clients to understand requirements
• Handle discovery calls, interviews, and negotiations
• Close contracts and build long-term client relationships

Compensation:

• Fixed monthly salary
• Attractive commission on every closed MVP SaaS project
• Performance-based incentives for achieving or exceeding targets
