We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidding Officer who can generate business through effective bidding strategies, client communication, and proposal writing on Upwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
• Write customized, winning proposals to secure projects.
• Communicate with clients and convert leads into long-term business.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Maintain a strong Upwork profile and bidding strategy.
• Track bids, responses, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding / freelancing platforms.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Ability to understand technical project requirements.
• Experience with lead generation and client handling.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of web/mobile development services.
• Experience in sales or business development.
