Job Description:
KeyMech Designs is expanding its client acquisition team and is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder & Client Closer who can actively manage our Upwork account, generate quality leads, write compelling proposals, and convert conversations into closed projects.
Location: New City Phase-2, Wah Cantt (On-Site)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time/ Hybrid Role

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their sales ability and wants to grow their income based on performance.
3. Required Experience
· Minimum 6 months – 1 year of hands-on Upwork bidding experience
· Proven experience closing projects on Upwork
· Strong written English (flawless grammar & professional tone)
· Ability to handle objections and budget discussions confidently
· Experience preparing structured project summaries
4. Personality & Work Approach (Very Important)
We are not looking for a reactive person.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
