Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Upwork Project Manager to oversee and manage our freelance projects on Upwork. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients and freelancers, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain high-quality deliverables. Experience with Upwork’s platform and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple projects on Upwork from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard freelancers suitable for various tasks.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients and freelancers.
• Handle contract negotiations, payments, and feedback on Upwork.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing projects and freelancers on Upwork or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Upwork’s tools, policies, and best practices.
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate remote teams effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Prior experience as a project manager would be a plus point.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
