Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and confident individuals who are comfortable using Upwork or Freelancer.com and communicating with clients online. Your main responsibility will be to send proposals, connect with potential clients, and help us win new projects.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and professional proposals on Upwork or Freelancer.com
• Find new clients and communicate with them effectively
• Follow up with leads and assist in closing deals
• Work consistently to achieve monthly targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Experience with Upwork or other freelance platforms is a plus
