Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Upwork & Freelancing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other marketplaces, with a proven record of generating business and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in flexible hours to meet international client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
• Identify potential projects, submit proposals, and secure new clients.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the internal team to deliver projects successfully.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and project progress.
• Stay updated with freelancing trends and marketplace policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in handling Upwork/Freelancing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and manage flexible working hours.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
