We are looking for an Upwork Lead Generation Expert who can identify, target, and convert potential clients through Upwork and other freelance platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in proposal writing, client communication, and lead conversion. You will play a key role in driving business growth by generating high-quality leads and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the company’s Upwork profile to increase visibility and credibility.
  • Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects aligned with company services.
  • Write high-converting, customized proposals based on client requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and negotiate terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, and marketing) for proposal accuracy.
  • Maintain and track leads, proposals, and conversions in CRM tools.
  • Research market trends to develop strategies for increasing Upwork success rates.
  • Work on additional freelancing platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour, if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in Upwork lead generation and proposal writing.
  • Proven track record of winning projects through effective proposal strategies.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT, software, and digital marketing services.
  • Ability to meet targets, manage multiple bids, and deliver under deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and project tracking systems.
