Business Development Executive(BDE)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years of hands-on experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, with a strong passion for driving growth and exploring new market opportunities. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base, fostering strategic relationships, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates persuasively, and is eager to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, converting them into long-term clients.
• Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored business solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to enhance offerings and strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development or client acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience in a software house will be considered a strong advantage.

• Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
