Upwork Proposal Writer & Bidding Expert – IT Services

Title: Upwork Bidder / Proposal Writer – Software, App & Graphic Design Projects.
Pay: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 Per Month.
Shift: Night Shift (On-site, 9 PM – 6 AM, North Nazimabad, Karachi).

Job Overview

We are hiring a dedicated Upwork Bidder / Proposal Writer to work in our Night shift at our Karachi office. This role is focused on crafting winning proposals and generating quality leads for our international clients in Software development, Mobile apps, and Graphic design services.

Freshers will not be considered. Only serious and experienced candidates with proven Upwork experience should apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Write customized proposals for Software, Mobile app, and Graphic design projects on Upwork.
• Search, identify, and target suitable projects in the US, UK, UAE, and EU markets.
• Maintain an active Upwork profile with regular, consistent bidding activity.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure proposals are accurate and competitive.
• Track all bids, follow up on leads, and maintain proper bidding records.
• Meet daily and weekly bidding targets to ensure consistent pipeline growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven Upwork bidding experience.
• Strong understanding of Upwork categories (web, app, graphic design).
• Excellent English writing skills (grammar, clarity, and client-focused tone).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to write proposals that stand out.
• Self-motivated, consistent in daily work, and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Must be willing to work full-time Night shift (On-Site, 9 PM – 6 AM) in North Nazimabad, Karachi.
