Crystal Media is looking for a talented and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. As an Upwork Bidder, you will play a crucial role in securing new projects and building long-term client relationships. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Upwork's platform, and the ability to craft compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Write customized, client-focused proposals to secure high-quality projects.

Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements.

Maintain a strong profile presence and ensure all profile elements are updated and optimized.

Collaborate with the internal team to understand service offerings and pitch them effectively.

Meet or exceed monthly targets for project acquisition.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Knowledge of digital marketing, design, and IT services (preferred).

Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue through freelancing platforms.

Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Night shift availability.
