Upwork Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and confident Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the complete bidding cycle, identifying high-value opportunities, and converting leads into long-term clients. Strong proposal writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with international clients are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare well-structured, tailored proposals for Upwork projects
• Actively search and bid on relevant projects each day
• Communicate clearly and professionally with global clients
• Work closely with the internal team to understand project scope
• Maintain up-to-date records of bids, replies, and conversions
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

• 1–2 years experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Understanding of IT services, including web development, design, and digital marketing
• Strong ability to interpret client needs and prepare accurate proposals
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary between 60,000 – 90,000 PKR (based on experience)
