We are looking for motivated and professional female candidates for the position of Call Center / Office Management Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling calls, assisting clients, and managing basic office operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
  • Guide clients and provide complete information about services
  • Manage WhatsApp messages and follow-ups with clients
  • Maintain daily records and office documentation
  • Assist with client appointments and scheduling
  • Coordinate with the team for smooth office operations
  • Maintain a friendly and professional communication with clients

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office
  • Ability to handle calls and client queries
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Professional and polite behavior

Experience Required

  • Fresh and experienced candidates can apply
  • Experience in call center or office management will be preferred
