Core Responsibilities

• Academic Excellence: Deliver structured lessons focusing on advanced grammar, syntax, and refined pronunciation (Talaffuz).
• Curriculum Implementation: Execute the Urdu syllabus in accordance with Cambridge standards, ensuring all learning objectives are met efficiently.
• Literary Instruction: Lead the study of classical and contemporary Urdu literature, encouraging critical analysis and cultural understanding.
• Assessment & Reporting: Conduct rigorous evaluations and maintain precise records of student achievement using institutional software and MS Office tools.
• Professional Coordination: Maintain a proactive coordination link with the Principal and Management Board regarding departmental progress and student milestones.

Candidate Specifications

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urdu Literature, Linguistics, or Education.
• Professional Experience: Proven track record of teaching within a Cambridge-stream or reputable private school system.
• Linguistic Mastery: Impeccable command of the Urdu language, serving as a professional model for students and staff alike.
• Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for drafting formal assessments and managing student data.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate with clarity and professional decorum with parents, colleagues, and school leadership.
