Role Overview: We are seeking a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) to lead the design and implementation of complex telecommunications and data distribution systems.

- Design detailed ISP (Inside Plant) and OSP (Outside Plant) cabling systems.
- Create comprehensive blueprints for telecommunications spaces and pathways.
- Ensure all designs comply with BICSI, TIA/EIA, and local Kuwaiti standards.
- Conduct site surveys and oversee the integration of bonding/grounding systems.
- Must-Have Certification: Active BICSI RCDD credential.

2. Cloud Infrastructure Architect (Cloud Data Center Design)
Role Overview: This role focuses on the high-level architecture of software-defined data centers and the transition from physical hardware to hybrid cloud environments.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable cloud data center topologies (Public, Private, and Hybrid).
- Implement virtualization strategies and Software-Defined Data Centers (SDDC).
- Optimize data center energy efficiency (PUE) and resource allocation.
- Develop Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity plans for cloud workloads.
- Must-Have Certification: Cloud Data Center Design Specialist (or equivalent vendor-neutral Cloud Design cert).

3. AV Systems Integration Lead (AVIXA CTS Required)
Role Overview: We are looking for a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) to manage the design, installation, and troubleshooting of professional Audiovisual systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client needs analysis and site surveys for integrated AV solutions.
- Design AV logic diagrams, including signal flow for sound and vision.
- Manage networking requirements specifically for AV-over-IP systems.
- Supervise the mounting, cabling, and calibration of high-end AV hardware.
- Must-Have Certification: AVIXA CTS (CTS-D or CTS-I is a plus).

4. HPE Systems Engineer (Operations & Infrastructure)
Role Overview: Responsible for the hands-on management and operational excellence of HPE-based server and storage environments.

- Utilize HPE OneView for unified infrastructure management and monitoring.
- Configure and troubleshoot HPE Alletra or Nimble storage solutions.

- Must-Have Certification: HPE ASE (Architect) or HPE ATP (Operations/Solutions).
