Job Summary
We’re seeking a Data & CRM Analyst to take ownership of all key data sources — including carrier commissions, customer lifecycle metrics, and CRM insights. You’ll play a critical role in building reporting tools, streamlining data pipelines, and enabling our sales and marketing teams to make better decisions that drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, synthesize, and present key data in a format that is clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals
• Analyze customer lifecycles, retention trends, and lifetime value
• Build and improve dashboards and reporting systems to support sales and operational performance
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing KPI frameworks
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to guide CRM initiatives
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, and Pipedrive CRM
• Develop automated workflows and data integrations using Zapier
• Present strategic recommendations to various stakeholders through written and verbal reports
• Apply statistical analysis or machine learning methods (as needed) to improve business processes.

Required Skills

• Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and how they manage and integrate data
• Experience with Google Data Studio or similar visualization tools
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies
• Experience with Zapier or similar automation tools
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs165,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
