The Doctor Referral Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers to increase patient referrals. The role focuses on promoting the organization’s medical services, ensuring strong brand presence, and achieving referral and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
  • Promote medical services, diagnostic facilities, treatment packages, and specialties to referring doctors
  • Conduct regular visits to doctors and healthcare institutions to generate and strengthen referrals
  • Educate doctors and clinic staff about new services, technologies, and treatment offerings
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly referral and sales targets
  • Organize and support Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, health talks, and medical events
  • Coordinate with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth patient referral processes
  • Track referral data, prepare visit reports, and submit regular performance updates
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential referral partners
  • Handle feedback from doctors and patients to improve services and relationships
  • Ensure compliance with ethical marketing practices and healthcare regulations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Any UG/PG Degree
  • Experience working with hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, or pharmaceutical/medical device companies is preferred
  • Experience working with Endocrinologists and General Practitioners is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Good knowledge of healthcare services and medical terminology
  • Target-driven with strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to plan and execute field visits effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
